    Definitely a top notch hotel in Osaka. Recommended by my colleague who have stayed there many times. Did not disappoint. Rooms are pretty large for a hotel in Japan. Service is amazingly good, everyone is just so polite and helpful. Huge shopping area just a short walk from the hotel. Using the hotel’s shuttle bus (every 1/2hr) is just so convenient to the shopping areas or metro stations. Highly recommended hotel.

    Fine hotel with polite staff and an exceptional breakfast. Loved our stay at this hotel.

    Stayed for two nights. Staff was top notch and facility was clean. Room was large enough to relax from crowded days exploring the Kansai region. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Could hear neighbors making noise bashing stuff around. All in all a solid place.
