Good location, washroom needs more maintenance

Unfortunately, this was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The only positive aspect is the strategic location right in the city centre, which makes it convenient to get around, and a few of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Aside from that, the hostel is not well maintained at all. The room smelled unpleasant, there were mosquitoes throughout the building, and the lighting was poor. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, so it can be noisy at night. The hot water was unreliable — sometimes working, sometimes not — which was frustrating.
The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. Most of them don’t have curtains, so there’s very little privacy. Most of the bunks are stacked three levels high, and when you’re on the bed, it’s not even possible to sit upright, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless location is your only priority. There are definitely better options in Toulouse for the price.
