Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi, odamız sessiz ve serindi uyumak için gayet iyiydi, yatak rahattı. Mini bir mutfak vardı tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı

Merkeze 20dk yürüme mesafesinde, odanın banyosu merdiven altına yapıldığından çok alçaktı sığmadığımız için eğilerek duş aldık. Otoparkı eve biraz uzak. Otelin bulunduğu sokak çok dar araba ile girerseniz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz.

Jestem zachwycony pobytem w Villa Bona. Piękny widok z okna apartamentu na Adriatyk, warty każdych pieniędzy! Miejsce w którym dzięki osobowości właściciela, poczuliśmy się nie jak goście, a jak przyjaciele. Toni zadbał o każdy najmniejszy szczegół. Szczególne podziękowania za pomoc w naprawie opony samochodu w którą wbił mi się gwóźdź. Byłem zaledwie 2 dni, ale pobyt na pewno zostanie w mojej pamięć na długi czas. Dziękuję i mam nadzieję do zobaczenia 👋

The room was nice, clean, well furnished with everything you might need. The view was good, as it was top floor of the house. It has a pool, which we didn't use, but it seemed nice and clean. It is situated in relatively short walk to the old town.

There were two main issues: 1. Very difficult communication - after the reservation, we received in a message here in booking some information regarding the stay and FOUR phone numbers for contact. Upon replying back almost immediately on the message, no answer was provided there until 2-3 hours AFTER we have already checked in. Of all the numbers provided they ansewred only one, after long ringing. No text were answered, although some number were labelled as "WhatsApp" and "Viber" 2. The air conditioning - that was the biggest issue for us. Upon arrival the AC was not working and as mentioned, it was a top floor in a sunny 32+ degrees day. It was very hot in the apartment. Didn't think much of it at the time, just switched in on and in 2-3 hours it was fine. The bigger problem was, that there was a note on the front door, that said "please switch off all light and AC upon leaving the apartment", which is very strange and I did not do it, because as I said it was hot summer day on top floor, but I at least lowered it, so it works less. The unpleasant surprise was, that upon returning to the room, the AC was switched off, which was terrible, as the temperature have become least 26-27 degrees in the room, so no way to fall asleep. The bigger issue for us was that this means that someone entered in our room without our consent to switch it off, which is a big No-No for us. Its their apartment, but we paid to use it, so if I want the AC to work, it should work 24/7, its not like the apartment was 50EUR per night..
