Posizione immersa nel verde dei vigneti in zona molto tranquilla. Lo staff, soprattutto la ragazza della colazione, molto cordiale e disponibile.

Camere un po’ spartane, cambio asciugamani una volta a settimana. Colazione un po’ misera (caffè solo dalla mocca, solo un tipo di pane disponibile, niente brioche). Dal prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo di più.

The location is great.

The room is big but very simple and quite dark. Confortable bed. Main Light doesnt work, no plugs. The bathroom is old and needs a serious refresh. No supplies as you expect in an hotel. No water, kettel without coffee or tea.

Location was good. Rooms were clean. Property was really pretty.

Wi-Fi went in and out so it was unreliable if you needed it, and it was very low data. The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Had to open the windows to cool the place down and there were no screens on any of the windows so wasps, bees, and mosquitos would come in. Also, simple, important details were missing in the rooms, like in the bathroom, there was no rack for the toilet paper so you had to just leave it on the ground or on the sink. Lastly, communication was pretty minimal. It would be great if they had more practical information when you check-in, like what the Wi-Fi password is so you don’t need to go ask later. Would have also been nice if someone had told us it would be possible to order drinks while at the pool. We didn’t realize that was an option since that wasn’t part of the information we received when we checked in and no one made that clear.
