About this house rental
Bussy's Beach house is self contained waterfront accommodation approximately 15 minutes drive from Wallaroo & Kadina, with beautiful uninterrupted views west across Spencer Gulf looking towards Cowell, it has 2 bedrooms, which can sleep 5. There is plenty of parking out the back & to the side, so you can bring your boat to take advantage of the fishing. Supplied is a nespresso coffee pod machine, dishwasher, BBQ & a fully functional kitchen. 2 TV's & DVD's.
Linen supplied, beds made & ready to go, all you need to bring are your beach towels.
Crab rakes & crab cooker are supplied and fish cleaning facilities too. There are 2 kayaks supplied as well with 2 adult sized lifejackets.
Tickera is a quiet fishing/farming town, without a shop, so supplies need to be organised before, or you can drive the short distance (approx. 15 to 20 minutes) to Wallaroo or Kadina, or weekdays there is a delicious takeaway in Alford (10 minutes drive) Karimi's takeaway, she makes the best chicken burgers! and friday's she makes scrumptious curries. The house is adjacent to a rough golf course, a walking trail in front along the foreshore is very relaxing. There is a historic well just around the corner, or just sit on the front veranda & read a book or look at the amazing sunsets across the water. There are 2 playgrounds within close walking distance, which children will love. The local community centre has the occasional drinks night & meals usually once a month, I will let you know if you book when this is on.
We are more than happy to supply a delicious welcome basket of bread, free range eggs from happy chooks, locally smoked bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, milk & butter (from $45). Or if you are just wanting to arrive without the hassle of shopping on your way, we can supply food too.
Strictly no smoking inside our property & no pets.

The property is lovely and well equipped. The kids could ride their bikes around the front of the accomodation and the view is beautiful.

Here is your proofread version:---We absolutely loved staying there. The house exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay: laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with a lovely view, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Carolyn is the most hospitable host I have met so far, and we’ve stayed in similar places many times in Australia and overseas. I highly recommend her optional breakfast basket with quality groceries. It was very handy for us because we arrived late in the evening and there are no shops in Tickera, so it was very nice to have supplies for breakfast. When it comes to shops and restaurants, you can find many in nearby towns, just a short 15-20 minute drive away. The beaches are not suitable for swimming, but there are walks along them. Tickera is famous for catching crabs, and we tried our luck—alas, we found only one small crab. This was likely due to a recent visit from a commercial fishing ship. Overall, this place is great for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, which was our aim. It's a pity I had already booked another place for the next part of our journey; otherwise, I would have gladly stayed longer in Tickera.I've corrected some , aw mo adjustments!

A wonderful 5 night stay with great amenities and a beautiful setting. Close to nearby towns and a great spot to wind down for a while.

This property is absolutely amazing! From the stunning views, peaceful town, gorgeous house and thoughtful host we couldn’t fault our weekend away! An exceptional place for a family trip- we will be back!
