    I wasn’t sure what to expect from this booking, but what a pleasure and surprise it ended up being! Kristina was the first part of the wonderful experience , she offered us such great customer service and because of her our stay started on a great foot and I just wanted to shout her out because we tend to be very good at complaining and not good enough at showing gratitude. The room we had was large and beautiful and had everything we needed! The services on site were great. The restaurant was good and there was four outdoor pools on the property as well as beach access so we had everything we needed and more to enjoy ourselves and relax! There’s a lot of attention to detail nice sitting areas lounging areas. They offer ice tea and iced water at the reception and every staff member we came across was very kind and helpful!

    Three nights. Newly refurbished accommodation was superb. Quiet pool near accommodation was pristine & relaxing . Breakfast excellent but very noisy & hectic! Staffing levels high; all staff exceptionally pleasant & helpful. Beach in front of hotel is poor. Masses of seaweed & a plague of sand flies! Intolerable. Peacocks strolling around the grounds are exotic if noisy! Wish we had stayed longer.

    Spa was very disappointing. The pool was cold, the sauna did not work. The massage was not very good at all. Over all, I would not recommend the spa.
