The location is nice, great view, and the room was kind of good and the staff on the restaurant were very sweet and kind.
Bed sheets dirty, the staff in the reception didn’t speak properly English, we requested for water and never came to the room even if we said we will pay for it, even asking in the reception they mentioned they didn’t have and showed zero proactivity to find one for us. It was just 2 bottles of water!!
You should change the restaurant staff to the reception, they speak so much better English and are very genuine, proactive and kind.

It was self sufficient and close enough too but out of the hussle in both Karon and Patong
