I wanted a property that was walking distance to everything and this is definitely it. I love being just feet from the beach an only 2 blocks from dining. Very chill atmosphere beach life. I went to this location of clearwater beach 🏖 to be a beach bum for a few days. I will be returning soon.

The property was wonderful. Very close walking distance to the beach. They had chairs and floats for you to borrow. The owners communicated wonderfully via text. We will definitely be using that place again.

The unit was clean, but needs some minor repairs. Bathroom looks to have had water damage along outside walls. Water stains and small corner shelf coming off wall. A little inconvenient to have only one closet. Check in on Friday there was confusion about where to pick up packet. Voice mail was left on my phone same day while We were traveling, so didn't receive until, we arrived in area. At which time added 25 minutes to our travel time due to not having address before our arrival. On Saturday a male came to the door stating he was the owner and wasn't aware the unit was rented, but I told him We would be checking out on Monday for to take photos as he said
He stated there was a check in o Monday he knew about. Yet out car was sitting in the a signed parking area with the arrival & departure date. My family & I were uneasy about this person while We were there. Our key lock code had to be reset after this person left, because the original code nor the one I had changed it to stopped working. I had been out twice that morning before he came with know issues. Also some of the plates & one of the coffee mugs had chips, which made us uncomfortable about using them for fear someone may think we've used them. We did enjoy our visit in the Clearwater area, because it was only 15 minutes from family, but there were things in the unit and the male visitor if addressed or hadn't happened would habe made it a much better stay in our rental.
