This is in the BEST location, within walking distance to all the little restaurants & shops in Ephraim, plus right across from Peninsula State Park and super short drive to Sister Bay. The rooms were clean, had a lot of amenities like bike & kayak rental (though we didn't get a chance to use them). While there's no breakfast, the reception does have a wonderful coffee bar & some refrigerated snacks & drinks for purchase.
Heads up, I'm 5'7'' and the sofa was too short for me to comfortably sleep on, but it could work if you're 5'5'' or under :) Also, the way the room is designed (room with King bed first, THEN a smaller area with sofa, THEN the HVAC in the very back), means that the space with the sofa is noticeably hotter than the space with the King bed. I didn't mind it, but might be helpful to know!
