The overall size of Bay Breeze (small and intimate). The gardens were exceptionally designed, with a variety of flowers that begin blooming at different times in spring & summer.
We had the executive(?) suite above the office, with a large deck that looked out onto the water. This place has many units with a water view, but this one is the best.
There isn’t an elevator, so we had to go up & down stairs. Not a problem if you’re able to easily use stairs. There are many very nice first-floor units.

Location, cleanliness, and outdoor pool and beach
I wish there was a couch or softer more comfortable chairs inside each room instead of the hard chairs.

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Private beach was nice. Great location.
Room smelled musty. There is no indoor gathering space for groups.
