Погане розташування, далеко від центру, на вулиці ями та калюжі, якщо захочете пройтись до центру, доведеться йти 40 хв через стежки між гаражами; немає умов для осіб з інвалідністю (відсутні елементи універсального дизайну), якщо ви з дітьми, будьте обережні, на сходах немає поручнів, а ті що біля стіни випадають, якщо за них взятися; біля ліжка немає розеток, в описі помешкання зазначено - вид на гори, за що ціна вище за ціну на інші номери, але вид у вас буде на городи та пʼятиповерхівки; дуже неприємні господарі, складається враження, що ти не гість, а далекий родич, що чомусь вирішив приїхати, вхід до садиби тільки, якщо відкриють, прийти потрібно не пізніше 22-30. Не раджу. В Мукачево безліч альтернатив.

Чистейшее белье, горячая вода высокой температуры и сильного напора, сток в душе работает идеально. В ванной комнате ПОДОГРЕВАЮЩИЙСЯ ПОЛ!!! Электричество и интернет ЕСТЬ ВСЕГДА. так как у хозяев установлены солнечные батареи. Хозяева говорят на 2 языках, в номере есть чайник, чайные принадлежности и тапочки. Тишина, есть балкон. Если есть свободные номера-бронировать немедленно.

Можно поставить в номер такое приспособление для того, чтобы класть на него чемодан. Но это роскошь и совершенно не обязательно.

Все добре. В цілому чисто, тихо, затишно. Прекрасний вид на веранду, де напевно улітку можна гарно посидіти. Гаряча вода. Власне опалення, у прохолодному жовтні дуже доречно.

У номері немає холодильника, мікрохвильовки та міста приготування їжі. Щоб сварити собі кашку, потрібно було йти на кухню до господарів, які лягають спати о 20. Це дуже не зручно, оскільки дорога у мене була довга і хотілось поїсти щось гаряченьке. Адреса, яка вказана на сайті, не відповідає гугл карті і замість, щоб дійти 15 хвилин до міста мого виправляння далі, повинна була викликати таксі. Доїхати з вокзалу до будинку можливо лише на таксі. Враховуйте це.

If you wish to sit in darkness and shiver with cold – this should definitely be your choice of accommodation! I most definitely do not recommend staying in Domashnya Sadyba in the winter during wartime. The house is located quite some distance from the actual city centre and in very depressing surroundings – rusty garages, no asphalt, mud, huge puddles, and debris etcetera. More importantly, electricity cutouts in this area happen more often than in the central part of the city.. Water is supplied by a pump from a private well. During the frequent blackouts any guests staying here will have no light, no heating, and no water. Even during those periods when electricity is available, the water is not heated properly – it is only just lukewarm, so that there is no chance of having a proper shower. One moment the water seems warm, but then the next it is cold again. The hosts should warn prospective guests of these inconveniences , and of the lack of a portable generator in their guest house. I chose Sadyba, and made my booking, based on that I would be able to use the kitchen to cook basic food and to boil water. However, this was not so - and it was impossible. The hosts sleep in a room leading into the kitchen and do not permit the use of it - only allowing water to be boiled for a cup of tea during those periods when there are no electricity cutouts - and before 10pm – as at 10pm they go to sleep! In general, I have to say that they were not at all welcoming, provided almost no help during my stay, and appeared very happy to see me finally depart! The guestrooms have no keys and the hosts can therefore enter them as and whenever they wish. I felt all the time during my stay that I was under strict supervision! I made this booking for 3 nights based on good reviews on Booking.com but would not, based on my experience, recommend anyone to stay here. I was made to feel not as a welcome guest, but as an annoying intrusion into the hosts' life!
