The property is situated in a quiet village. It has a nice view over the surrounding area. It is quite close to Porec and many different beaches can be reached from here (but a car is highly recommended).
Perhaps the bed can be updated with more modern appliances. but everything works.

Some times you just book stay when your holidays are perfect. Studio is adorable and all you need you will find there. If you dont than you are lucky! That means you will have the opportunity to spend some precious Time with Goran and Kaja. And still get everything you need and more! For Us its a deffinite come back!

An oasis of peace and quiet but just a few kilometers away from the center of Porec.
We really enjoyed this well equipped apartment with air conditioning, automatic sunscreens and good beds.
A nice balcony with a sea view.
It’s situated on a private estate with another apartment (both with separate entrances) and the owner (and his happy small dog). Lots of privacy and you can park your car on the premises behind a gate.
All was well. Only the wash machine on the picture isn’t there anymore.
