Located in the heart of Quiberon, close to shops and 500m walk from the large beach, this townhouse, renovated in 2016, combines charm and comfort with contemporary amenities. Classified 4 stars by Gîte de France
On the ground floor, you find the living rooms: living / dining room, living room, separate kitchen, shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric ovens and microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood and fridge.
The bathroom has WC, walk-in shower with PMR grab bars, laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The ground floor without door or steps facilitates access for people with disabilities.
Upstairs, the sleeping area awaits you: three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a separate toilet.
A first bedroom of 12m2 offers a bed 2 x 80 cm, or 1 x 160 cm.
A second bedroom of 14 m2 offers a bed 2 x 90 cm or 1 x 180 cm
A master bedroom of 16m2, with its private shower, offers a bed of 1 x 160 cm.
The rental is open all year round, for a minimum of three nights and possible from Sunday to Sunday.
