About this apartment rental
Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is available for free. The apartment form is part of an attractive two storey block on a spacious and prestigious development (a very well managed site), close to the coast(200m) and overlooked by the stunning mountains. It's a ground floor apartment with its own private walled garden and two large balconies with breathtaking views of Kyrenia mountains. Rich welcome pack, local number mobile (all free of charge). The owner will welcome you personally and show you around on the check in day.
The interiors of the apartment has marble floors throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV which will also play your DVD and CD's (we have a lot of DVD films and music CD's and books in English and Russian). Car hire, and airport transfers can all be arranged through the owners local managing agents (arrangements are free of charge). No surprise bills. Water, drinking water,gas, electricity, powerful wifi are all included in the price unlike most of the other properties.
The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, separate children's pool which can be easily seen from the apartment and spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party.
The property is only a short drive (14 min.) from Kyrenia with its unspoilt Venetian harbour, Byzantine castle and sophisticated restaurants whilst Escape Beach Club can be reached in a matter of minutes. Other golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive. There is a hidden cove sandy beach only 5 min. walk from the property.
A rich and special Welcome pack provided on arrival (free of charge). Local sim mobile. (free of charge) English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions.Long term lets are negotiable. All rates quoted include an allowance of 15 British pounds per week for electric use which is adequate even in the hottest months, any excess is payable by guests at standard Kibtec rates and deducted from the bond. Our rates include a standard clean at the end of the stay. However guests are requested to respect our property and to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Our rich, special and unbeatable welcome pack includes (check the photos please) drinking water, beer, wine, coke, fruit juice, crisps, butter, milk, jam, two types of cheese and one of them is Kerrygold cheddar cheese, sliced bread, salami, jambons, mineral water, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, carrots, salt, sugar, Nescafe, Earl Grey tea, rice, pasta, spices, at least 4-5 different types of fresh fruit etc.

When we arrived late in the evening, we were welcomed by the owner Arhun and shown around. There was a good complimentary welcome pack.
The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The small complex has its own swimming pool and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The site Manager Mehmet introduced himself the next day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Mehmet even drove us to the car hire company to fill out the paperwork. The transfers and car hire were all arranged for us and ran perfectly, which is what you need when you are in an area you don’t know.
The apartment is really well placed near the sea and some very good restaurants, as well as close to a supermarket.
Needless to say we have booked again for 2019.

Just returned from 3 weeks in Arhun's excellent apartment. Location very convenient for local beaches and numerous good restaurants along the "strip". Also a large well stocked supermarket for eating in, within a short walk. The apartment itself is very clean, well fitted and has everything to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable stay, with the extras of a generous welcome food pack and free mobile phone (local calls), all helping to make this a memorable holiday. Arhun is a first-class host who will go the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy with everything and a mention also of Mehmet the site manager who is also available at all times for any small problems that may arise. He got us out of trouble with a problem we had with our hire car, which was much appreciated! Hope to return at some future date and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment to family and friends.

We arrived at Arhun's apartment near midnight to be greeted personally by him, he showed us all the facilities within the apartment, gave us a local mobile phone to use with his number along with mehmets (the site manager) for us if we needed anything. The apartment was very well equipped very clean, both beach and bath towels provided a great welcome pack ready for us, all in all the apartment was great. The site manager Mehmet was great, always around if you needed him, very friendly, along with all the other people on the site,w e had a fabulous time, even rebooked half way through our holiday ready for next year Great supermarket within 5 mins walk stocking everything you could possibly need, the local buses were great taking us to Lapta Strip where there are lots of lovely restaurants and a few bars with entertainment or into Kyrenia where again lots of lovely restaurants around the harbour and great shops too. All in all a fabulous holiday
