Modernly furnished, bright holiday home for the entire family with a large sun terrace only about 100 meters from the ocean

The renovated 120 m² former fisherman's house accommodates the entire family on three levels. It was built in 1940 and last fully renovated in 2004. The house is located in a residential area, away from the centre of Portocolom and only a few minutes on foot from the boat dock and the bay.

On the ground floor, you will find the large living/dining room with a kitchen unit. The bright kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and leads into the living room. The living room is furnished with two sofas and a fireplace. Additionally, you will find a television with satellite reception and a stereo. On the first floor - accessible via a staircase - are two of the three double bedrooms (1.50 m and 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. On the second floor, a developed attic floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and a second bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Additionally, there is a second living room with a sofa bed for two kids and a television with a DVD player. Additionally, the house has a safe and we provide towels and beach towels. A crib and a high chair, as well as children's toys are available. Wireless internet access is available.

The 35 m² patio boasts a table for eight, an outdoor shower and a toilet. You can also access the laundry room from here with a washing machine and a dryer. The house is surrounded by a wall, but please keep an eye on your pet. There is a small rowboat, which you can use upon request from May through September.
It is about 100 meters to shops, the ocean and the boat dock for the rowboat. Equidistant, you will find cafes and restaurants. It is about 900 meters to the sandy beach. It is about 4 km to the nearest golf course and 45 km to the airport.
Our house is fully equipped and ready for the winter months. It´s ready for kids.
