L'uliveta del Luschi Villa, Villa in a hilly position with scenic view of the sea and hills. Air conditioned. Garden with olive trees, flower. Dogs are allowed. 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. 8 people can sleep. Furnished with taste and a delightful tuscan style, moreover, a central bathroom with tub. Great for family or group of friends. 2 kitchens. One of them is outside, under a covered patio. Well furnished, (cooker with 4 rings, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher) ideal for dinners and spending time outdoors, furnished with armchairs, tables and chairs. Oven (heated by wood) or rural barbeque. All this is immersed in the marvellous green surroundings.Terrace with a stupendous panorama overlooking the hills and sea. Private swimming pool, large solarium and a hot water shower. It is equipped with lounges, sun umbrellas. Private Tennis court . Private electric gate.

The house and property have everything a family could want to make a super family vacation! We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball area and ping pong table + the outdoor kitchen and dining area were perfect for our big group. The location to nice towns was also great. The host is super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend in all respects!

Et eventyrlig sted! Alt var på stell! For oss som kom med storfamilie var det perfekt: Rikelig med plass inne og ute, god tennisbane, basket-battle, nydelig pool-område, helt skjermet midt i en vakker olivenlund. Alt var gjennomtenkt og utsøkt. Vi hadde vårt livs uke!

Nous étions 11 et avons pu profiter pleinement des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs proposés sauf pour la piscine car les températures sont plus fraiches en novembre. Il y a tout sur place pour passer un séjour agréable, c'est calme , bien exposé, un bel endroit .

We were 3 families totalling 10 people and Noras villa had more than enough room for us all. Our main concern, with so many of us, was that there would be enough space to have some time out if required. This beautiful, quirky, spacious villa more than provided that. The pool area is lovely and there is plenty to do both inside and out. To be honest, I was happy sitting in the outside veranda reading my book! All the rooms are very well equipped and nice and clean. We loved the outside kitchen and table and chairs. The local village is walkable and takes about 15-20 minutes where you can find fine pizza, pasta, gelato, vino and much more. There are also supermarkets within 10 mins driving distance. This is a fantastic place to kick off your shoes and relax...it was so lovely and so much to keep our boys happy that we didnt really venture too far! My main piece of advice is a) make sure you bring mosquito repellent/after bite stuff and if you want an evening with a pizza chef to use the outside oven you should book this in advance with Nora. Nora is brilliant and was always at the end of a text with any queries we had and not intrusive at all. Book it! You wont regret it and the pictures really dont do it enough justice! Thanks Nora for a fabulous holiday!
