Najbardziej podobała nam się dostępność wolnych miejsc i lokalizacja .Personel bardzo miły , wytłumaczyli nam wszystko .I można było zgłaszać wszystkie bieżące sprawy , które były odrazu rozwiązywane .Polecamy !!!

Pokoje były tylko 2 osobowe .Szkoda że nie było 4 osobowych

The staff were very helpful especially Vosyech he was always at the desk for help at any time especially at the mid night . The price fit the priority and the location was in avery good area ,the metro and buses 5 minutes walking and if you like walking it takes 40 minutes walking to arrive Charles bridge.

Time-consuming checking in... the staff asked all foreigners for information about permanent residence, reason for visiting the country, ID number... They told us that this is information for the foreign police, but I have been in the Czech Republic several times, but no one has ever asked me for this information for checking in. Almost everyone who wanted to check in had to fill out this paper so we stayed at the gatehouse for about an hour. The cleaning lady was speaking loudly in the corridor two days in a row in the morning, so it was impossible to sleep longer. In case we wanted to leave the accommodation for a few hours, we had to lock the rooms, hand over the keys to the concierge and then we received cards with our names on them, which we exchanged for keys when we arrived back.. unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Wi-fi connection did not work.. they told us that it is written on the Booking. It was indeed, but well hidden.
