Clean. Although the bathroom floor was all full of water. But, that was the other guest's fault sharing the bathroom.

Location next to metro station, great value for money, a lot of restaurants nearby, nice and helpful staff, big and clean rooms, kichenette in the corridor, fridge, quiet at night, free luggage storage.
It was missing facilities such as kettle or microwave, bathroom wasn't very clean (but it was because our roommates).

Nice location, friendly staff, spacy room with good furniture, shared kitchen and bathroom for three rooms, mostly clean. The building is really beautiful!
There were a lot of hair on the pillow and blankets even though they looked like after laundry :( Bathroom was quite old but clean.
