A gem in Dingle.

Superb location with a view in the Harbor, walking distance from the stores and the center. The cottage is modern, clean and with everything one needs when on holidays. Deidre our property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Few small things that didn't help

Great location - walking distance to town centre.

Properry manager's manner was very aloof and not very welcoming. No towels as standard which I found very unusual . And then I had to contact Trident again to get my deposit back. Surely the manager could have taken care of this once property was left in appropriate manner. Instead of me contacting Trident who then had to ask re returning deposit. Still waiting for it to be released back off my card and its 4 days later now.

Relaxing Summer Stay in Dingle

Very clean , cozy and cute .Great view of the Harbour from the door . Property manager very responsive and kind regarding setting up key pick up and instructions. Fantastic location walking distance to Dingle.

A overall enjoyable stay.

Location was excellent, close to Dingle centre. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a great base to explore the Dingle peninsula.

The couches were hard. The kitchen could use a few little bits, spatula was missing but promptly supplied the next day; a few bowls, fruit and salad; a steamer saucepan, a water carafe. The cookware could be better quality. And the needing to vacate the house by 10am on day of leaving, we found it a bit early for us. We could hear a disco blaring music one night of our stay and had to close the windows to block it out. The need to top-up and pay the electricity came as a surprise and I would have expected this to be included in the rental. All said though we were happy with the house and this input is given to help the owners improve experience for others.

Great location with parking just outside the door. Well maintained accommodation. Great communication with property manager.

No shampoo was provided. Could have provided a few more towels. The combination washer dryer took an extremely long time to do a single load of laundry. We booked this location hoping to catch up on clean clothes. Unfortunately we were only able to do a single load.

Floors were dirty. Poor liaison with company for key collection. Interior very basic. Utensils, crockery, pans poor quality. The green area in front of house became a playground for children…lots of noise.

The cleanliness and the location

The lack of kitchen utensils, eg there wasn't even a fish slice for getting food out of a frying pan. The dining/living area was stark, for instance it had no rugs on the tiled floor which meant the it felt cold underfoot and the sound echoed quite markedly.

Location great and a very decent home for a short stay in Dingle

No towels - (I've never had accommodation that doesn't provide a towel anywhere in the world) List of rules and jobs for check out. I did and have always left a place as i got it thats just manners but the list of rules and instructions which included to top up their electricity meter if it was low was beyond ridiculous.

the fact that you had to pay for the electric is the only downside as you pay enough for the duration of the time there and to pay for your own electric is like going to a hotel and having to pay for electric.

Nice house and location, but careful of additional costs

Beds were super comfortable, the house was lovely and clean and good location in relation to the town

The pre pay electricity is a bit of a joke. It was fine for a 2-night stay as €40 towards this is automatically included in the booking price, but a longer stay I'd imagine you would have to top it up more than once which will involve unexpected additional costs on top of your booking. Especially as the houses are quite cold, you would need the heating on which will use the electricity up much quicker. The volume of emails from Trident Homes is also very unnecessary and actually quite annoying. They're all essay-long and very repetitive, while still being unclear as to what additional costs there might be. I think I had 18 emails from them, which each came through twice on email and also separately on booking.com. So 50+ emails/notifications all together within 4 weeks. You are also required to make full payment upfront if you book within 8 weeks of your stay. This isn't very clear on the initial booking, so can come as a bit of a surprise as it's also non-refundable.
