Holiday Chalet, great views, large secluded private garden, near Beaches & Zoo

Excellent stay with everything we need, the garden and view was very much appreciated. Sarah the host was very nice and friendly making sure we got everything we need. We’d love to return,

This was exactly what we were looking for after a stressful some time - a place of quiet and peace. Comfy sleep, campfire, nature and privacy. Kids got to see some chickens and lambs, lots of table games in the chalet, a beautiful garden and everything you might need inside the accommodation. Little funky smell in the chalet, like a mold or something, but with some heating on and all the windows opened it gets better. Highly recommend for people wanting to escape to a countryside. Although a stay was short but we left fully recharged.

The Chalet was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very cosy. Marvellous shower with plenty of hot water and beautifully comfortable beds. The garden was beautiful and perfect for our dogs. Very well situated with lots to see and do within easy reach. Sarah is lovely and we were greeted with eggs from her chickens, pears from the ree and homegrown tomatoes ... utterly delicious. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay shame about the weather we had , but We made the best of it . The secret garden gate was very hard to get open as it had rained alot and was overgrown , and the parking was very tight on the side of the road but sarah let our 2nd car go on her drive . Very quiet and the fire pit was great and the wood across the road was a treat.The thing that let it down was the tap in the bathroom kept dripping and the cleanliness of the chalet wasnt that great , we had to wash quite a lot of crockery and the pans and the microwave also the cupboards shelfs were dirty.But we achieved what we wanted and that was a lovely rest .Sarah our host was lovely and left us some fresh eggs.
