About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment is located on the seafront of the stunning Golfo Stella.
The beach below is accessible via a private staircase (25 steps), a 2-minute walk away. The sandy beach is suitable for children.
The rental house is on the ground floor and consists of one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with the option of an extra bed), one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined), one bedroom with a bunk bed, one bathroom with shower, a large living room, a kitchen, and a closet.
There is also an annex adjacent to the house with one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In total, there are four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins), two full bathrooms and one bathroom without a shower, a large living area, a full kitchen, and a closet (with a washing machine, second refrigerator, iron, and ironing board).
The house is tastefully furnished and features all the comforts: satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, stereo, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, 2 refrigerators, fans, a built-in barbecue, an electric gate, parking spaces, and a hot outdoor shower.
The house is located in a large pine forest facing the sea.
The house has two large terraces facing the sea.
Both terraces are equipped with tables and reclining chairs facing the sea, where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. One terrace has a built-in barbecue.
From one terrace, you can descend directly to the sandy beach below via a private staircase (about 25 steps).
The beach is suitable for children.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a newsstand, minimarket, bars, restaurants, and a butcher.
Linens are not provided. No pets. Camping is prohibited on the property.

Wir, 6 Personen, verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf der Insel Elba. Die Villa Pineta, etwas in die Jahre gekommen,ist gut eingerichtet,Lage perfekt,Betten waren sehr gut und sauber. Alles in allem einen Besuch wert

Leider geht aus der Beschreibung nicht klar hervor, dass es sich beim Objekt um eine WOHNUNG (in einer Villa) handelt. Die Terrasse der Wohnung grenzt direkt an die der Nachbarn, man kann durch ein Rankgerüst in beide Richtungen schauen, man versteht wirklich jedes Wort. Eine weitere Wohnung ist im ersten OG so angeordnet, dass eine direkte Sicht auf die Terrasse im EG gegeben ist. Eine vierte Wohnung im Haus war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht bewohnt.
In direkter Nachbarschaft zum Objekt befindet sich ein Campingplatz, der mehrmals am Tag unüberhörbar seine Durchsagen über Lautsprecher verbreitet.
Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht, sind jedoch über die ungenaue Beschreibung enttäuscht gewesen, weil wir uns nach der Beschreibung eine Allein-Lage erwartet hatten.
Den Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, er kümmert sich aus der Ferne über WhattsApp wirklich sehr aufmerksam um seine Gäste.
