Appartamento rinnovato e vicinissimo al mare, ma la gentilezza della signora Silvia top!

Posizione strategica...vicino alla spiaggia di Capoliveri lido molto bella e attrezzata (spiaccia libera e privata?. Vicino a Capoliveri paese e porto azzurro le due mete secondo me più comuni e belle anche se tutta l'Elba è top...non c'è 3 senza 4. Silvia del residence I Palmizi n.1( disponibilità e gentilezza)

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, easy access and safe parking on the premises behind a lockable gate. The AC was working great, the kitchen was well furnished for basic cooking, and the fridge was working well. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough for a family of three. We also took advantage of the on-site barbecue. The host was very helpful in addressing the issue we had with the Internet, she was very commutative and acted immediately.

The wi-fi and television didn't work. The host acted immediately and called professional help, but unfortunately the problem wasn't resolved during our stay and we had to use mobile data.

Lage nah zum Strand. Parken vor der Unterkunft. Abgesperrtes Gelände. Nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Silvia.

Wir waren zu viert in einem Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Das Bad war viel zu klein und nicht belüftet. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und zu wenig Platz für Handtücher. Nicht komfortabel. Eimer und Wischer stehen dekorativ in der Küche, nicht schön. Draußen zwar Sitzmöbel, aber unbequem. Verweilen ohne Aufenthaltsqualität. Vermietung über Agentur - auf meine Nachricht, ob wir wohl ein falsches Appartement bekommen haben, zunächst keine Rückmeldung, dann auf nochmalige Nachfrage hin eine sehr nüchterne. Wir haben ca. 1.800 € für 6 Nächte bezahlt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
