The Italian Villa 1 consists of two side-by-side villas in the charming Tuscan hilltown of San Giovanni d’Asso. The main house (The Italian Villa) includes 8 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms as well as a large living room, separate dining room, fully furnished kitchen, terrace, formal Italian garden with a large private swimming pool, and a gazebo. The smaller house next door (La Cavallo) is a two story stone Villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, and a small oval pool in the garden terrace. Renovated to bring the interiors to a very high standard, the beauty and old world charm of the original structures have been retained. Both houses enjoy extraordinary views of the surrounding countryside.Situated in the hilltown of San Giovanni d’Asso and very near a medieval castle, The Italian Villa 1 offers large groups of up to 21 people a very comfortable and extraordinary experience. These two Villas were built in the 16th century and though modernized with all the conveniences we now enjoy, they have retained their original old world architectural features and charm. The owner has taken great care to furnish both in classic Tuscan furnishings combining both beauty and comfort. The Italian Villa, the main house, is basically built on one level with terraced rooms. Here you find 8 bedrooms including 4 queens and 4 twins. The 7 bathrooms include 6 with shower and 1 with bathtub. Also find a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, dining room, fully furnished kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a TV salon, and another large living room. Outdoors is the large terrace with formal Italian gardens, a large pool, and unparalleled views of the surrounding countryside.
5 of the 8 bedrooms in the main Villa have A/C units. The other 3 bedrooms have fans. La Cavallo is the 2 story house next door that sleeps up to 6 people. The 3 spacious bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 with a single bed. Find also a living room, dining room, and a full modern kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower. In the courtyard you will find a small oval pool and comfortable terrace to enjoy the views. Included in the price is a maid 6 days a week, plus a gardener to tend to the courtyard.
