An exceptional charming villa located steps from the walled town of Lucignano. We booked the entire villa and were 25 people. Each charming room has its own ensuite bathroom. The description on booking dot com is a bit confusing. The main area kitchen fit 25 for dinner comfortably. I cannot say enough good things about the location and the town itself. Stunning views, 3 pools, spa, free parking garage on site and walking tours and trails only to name a few great things. Lower kitchen as well if you book the entire villas. Our host Nico ( lost in Tuscany) was the real clincher. He provided a concierge experience and introduced us to chefs, drivers, reservations to the very best restaurants in town, you name it Nico was there for us. I urge you to call him asap when you book. He will make your experience memorable. I will be back.

Out of the 13 rooms we occupied only 8 had AC, but really the others did not need them as they were on lower levels and guests. Were cool. You can book one villa or the entire two villas.
