5 minutes to the beach, parking in garage is safe, quiet and safe location, 3 rooms with 60 qm is big enough for a family with 4 people for one week stay. One bus stop in 5 minutes walk distance.
The apartment is in a local Italian residential area managed by a tourist Agency which is located in Lido di Jesolo (20 minutes car-drive away from this apartment). From check-in we got bunch of keys without any sign for each key and also no any explanation for them. As we arrived the apartment it takes us around 2 hours to find out which keys are for the apartment, for the garage and for the access to the residence. And for the garage I find out that 3 keys are needed: one for entrance of the garage front door, one for open the whole front door inside the garage (it closes automatically after several minutes) and the other one for open the garage back door to get onto the ground of the residence directly. And open/close this back door from outside is also a little tricky. I tired several times to get it working smoothly: important you need two hands working at the same time! The parking slot in the garage (around 30 slots) is big enough for VW Tiguan Allspace. There are no so many cars in the garage during our stay, therefore we feel quite convenient and safe to park our car in the garage. The department seems staying empty for a long time because we find several spiders in living and bath room. Otherwise, it is clean. The bed in one sleep room is a little shaky. And there are also wash machine, cooker, kettle and small garden etc. available. During our stay we didn't see the swimming pool open, seems nobody use it at least during our stay, a little pity.

Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war gut und die Lage zum Meer und das erreichen der Geschäfte und Restaurants war klasse!

V rezorte je bazen,co je super. Velmi blizko plaz,kt. Je velmi pekna, s postacujucim vybavenim. Pohodlne postele, pekna predzahradka.
Apartman nebol oznaceny,tak sme nevedeli,kto je nas. Bolo to dost neprijemne.
Pri bazene chybala info,dokedy je otvoreny
Pri prvom vstupe do zariadenia uplne neprijemny zapach staroby ako v starobinci.
Chybali riady, a drobnosti do kupelne a do kuchyne.
