Excellent weekend in a great location.

Location of the accommodation on the site. Nice & quiet area overlooking the water. Lovely to sit out on the decking when the sun was out.

Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken so it meant we had to wash dishes on our holiday. Not a fault about the property just a complaint.

Clean, modern, lovely lake view. Great showers - unlike many caravans we’ve stayed in. Small touches like salt n pepper.

It was lovely to be in a nice quiet area of the park.

A very comfortable and well equipped caravan in a peaceful location of this big park. We enjoyed the tranquil setting near the lake. Andrew gave us clear instructions for arrival and was quick to reply when we had a question. It proved to be a very good base for visits to Berwick-upon Tweed, Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island (Lindisfarne). We even managed a stop off at super Embleton Beach on the way home. Comfortable and well equipped caravan.

It sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs. Not a major problem though. We did try the takeaway delivery service on first night for fish & chips but order was incorrect and not best quality in my opinion.

Haggerston castle themselves weren’t great. Everything was very unorganised. The pool kept getting closed. Would not rush back

I wouldn’t go by the info on booking . Com as towels weren’t included and we found other inaccuracies in the facilities list versus the info on this site. Also make sure it’s linking you to the correct 10 Cheviot view! They also didn’t pass on questions for the property owner!

The holiday home was very clean and well presented. Loved the welcome gift that was left out for us. The holiday home is on a quieter part of the site with a view of the lake and of haggerston castle. Haggerston castle is close to several beaches and alnwick castle and gardens, which made this holiday home the perfect choice for us

Only thing I didn't like was having to leave at the end of my stay there. I would have loved to stay longer

We had a great week away.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location overlooking the lake. About a 15-20 minute walk to the main centre, which was fine for us as quieter. Caravan had lovely little touches and was extremely clean. Will definitely be back.

2 shower rooms very comfortable throughout lovely view (nature/lake) quiet location comfortable outside chairs on veranda

found wet washing in washing machine food bits in a draw it said towels provided, only two towels for 4 people when questioned said listings wrong, had to buy two found wallet under a bed from a previous client outside table and parasol would have been lovely as no shade.

Relaxing stay at Cheviot View

The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable and we needed a break from hotels. Staying in a mobile home is more sociable rather than being in hotel rooms which is more isolated, as there is a living room and kitchen to prepare food. Haggerston Castle is an excellent holiday park and have stayed there years ago, excellent location on the Northumberland Coast.

No room for improvement. Everything was excellent.

2nd time at this comfortable base for a staycation

Great location in quiet area of complex overlooking a lake. Central heating, dishwasher and microwave gives that home from home experience. Everything you need is here with various entertainment options close by.

Great place to stay as a base to explore Northumberland.

Nice quiet location with great outlook. Caravan is modern and very clean. Beds were comfy. Shower hot and good pressure. Kitchen is a good size and has everything you need. Plenty on site to do we didn't buy the live lounge passes as the pool was fully booked as was the lounge entertainment. We could still use the Tower Bar, Papa John's, Burger King and arcade in the main centre.

If you want to get food onsite plan ahead as the takeaways can be busy and often big queues.

Lovely position looking over the lake. Great for walking the dog. Quiet area away from activities

Didnt like the park pass situation. We couldnt go swimming or participate in the activities as we couldnt get booked on them as they were already booked up.

It was nice but next time we will book via the Haven site rather than via Booking.com

Caravan was very nice and clean inside and was set in a nice location with a lovely outlook

We didn't realise that we had to purchase fun passes to use any of the facilities (which cost £120) and by the time we found out everything was booked anyway so we never got to use any of the facilities on site. There was also no hairdryer available in the caravan which was not ideal
