Easy to get keys. Comfortable. Late checkout was possible for a fee. Washing machine worked well. WIFI was decent.
The mailbox was difficult to get locked correctly - to return the keys.

Nina is very friendly and efficient. The property is at a great location, very central to all the landmarks.
First day we were at a studio (at level 17 and had refurbishment at the next door studio) that infested by insects that made our evening becoming a hunting insects adventure and we were very tired the next day as we could not turn the lights off thinking insects might crawl all over us. Nina managed to moved us to another apartment that has better natural light and no insects. We could sleep well here.
