The male receptionist is really helpful, always smiling and putting in extra effort. Great value for money, very good location, clean rooms.
The female receptionist is not very helpful, tends to say no without explanation, sometimes unsure if she speaks sufficiently English for the job.
The kitchen can be below expectations, when they ran out of vegetables the vegetable omelet is made without vegetables, would be nice to be informed instead of noticing when getting the food. This example was not a one off.

Romlan was great. They have a nice bakery with bagels and cookies on site, had plenty of options to eat. Nice staff, nice rooms, really beautiful spot too. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and we were even picked up from the hotel's dock. We also liked sitting in the cabana watching the moonrise. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Location
Shower is like dripping water, there is one day no hot water. The staff are slightly less friendly compared to all other stay. They sort of show displease when asked few times due to language barrier.
