Apartament spațios, modern, living cu bucătărie mare, doua dormitoare confortabile cu aer conditionat, doua bai, dressing, doua balcoane mari cu vedere la mare. Bucătărie echipata cu tot ce este necesar. Cladire noua, cu lift. Parcare gratuita in jurul blocului, am găsit locuri întotdeauna. Plaja mica la 2 minute distanta, centrul vechi la 8-10 minute de mers pe jos.

The appartment is on the 1st flour (there is a lift) very new, very spacious, tastefully furnished and it has everything you need, (even a walk in closet!!!), especially for a family. There are two bathrooms and two big balconies with sea view. It's a short walk from the old center and the old port of the town of Monopoli and there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Lots of parking space at the free parking just around the corner. Last but not least, I have to say that the family that owns the appartment is really polite and helpful and they made us feel at home! Trully exceptional!!! We recommend it 100% and hope to stay there again!!!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec des petites attentions. L’appartement est propre, confortable et très bien situé. Il y a des places de parking gratuites.

The apartment was incredibly clean, which was a nice surprise. It has everything you need to live comfortably, including a washing machine, microwave and oven. The owner is such a kind and helpful person. I really want to find the right words to describe how kind they are, but I just can't. You'll be happy to know that the apartment is close to everything you need. There's a bakery, a grocery store, and a food shop. This place is absolutely perfect for families! There was plenty of space for our kids (who were 9 months, 2, 7, and 8 years old). I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
