Villa Neptune Royale was named after the God of the seas ‘Poseidon or Neptune’ and it’s the pride of our luxury group of villas. Built in 2 levels, it was designed and decorated by a well known local interior designer to capture the tradition and the history of the island. In fact every corner of this villa has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind to ensure you a pleasurable and relaxed stay. It's located just minutes from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of Greek island's best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes from the larger resorts such as famous Tsilivi, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including a supermarket, the local town market with various retail establishments, and many excellent choices of restaurants or tavernas for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. It has a balcony with stunning views.

Voiture obligatoire, belle maison et belle piscine. Manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine (casserole, poele) pour 10.
Idéalement placé, entre Zakinthos et Tsilivi.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

The Villa is lovely, with regular visits from cleaners and pool man. Spyros could not have been a better host - nothing was too much trouble for him. A very genuine helpful guy who cares about his guests. Villa is close to supermarket but seemed a long walk carrying water, coke, beer etc. Car not really needed but taxis very busy due to large number of tourists.
Would not hesitate to recommend to others.
We fell in love with the stray cats who adopt the villa and miss them already!

The villa was fabulous, met our expectations, there were 7 of us for this family holiday. Spyros was extremely helpful when we arrived after 8pm at night. Greeted us at the airport on our arrival, drove us to the shop and back so we could get essentials and gave us water and wine free of charge. The villa's amenities were first class, the maid came to clean every other day, never saw the pool guy even though it was all tidied after us. Lovely gardens, in a residential area so you have to abide by the quiet times, even though the neighbours dog barked a bit. There are also 3 cats milling about the villa (outside not in!!!), so we looked after them for the duration and they got used to us. Out of the centre of Tsilvi, but we walked one day not advisable as footpaths are hit and miss. Taxis reasonable cost, but somewhat a magical mystery tour as they all go different ways to get there. Car is recommended to make the most of the beautiful island. Highly recommend this villa close enough to all facilities, clean and lovely owners. Thanks again Anthony and Spyros. Hello to the cats!!
