The house has the particularity of having a terrace, facing south without any vis-à-vis and without passage (one of the few in the domain of the Marines de Portiragnes): garden furniture, 2 sunbeds, awning, large barbecue, garden locked by a wicket gate. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge with microwave freezer, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster.
The house has a washing machine, a new smart TV with satellite channels, DVD player and USB. vacuum cleaner, washing machine.
Small, very quiet residence with no traffic. Automated gate for access to the parking lot which is located a few steps from the house, digicode for the gates at the entrance. Portiragnes beach is a charming and quiet seaside resort with all shops close to the house.
