Grundstück endet direkt am einfahrtstor für die gesamte Siedlung. An einem Haus u gartentag kann sensibleren Besuchern das auf u zu Geräusch des Tores eventuell beim chillen stören.

Struttura molto pulita e ben curata, sia all’interno che all’esterno. Tranquillità, posizione e comfort eccellenti. Giardino favoloso. Possibilità di accesso alla piscina condivisa, poco distante, ben tenuta, vigilata e di grandi dimensioni.

Der Gastgeber Emilio ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Garten ist einfach nur traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equiped. There was fruit and bottled water to make coffee. The large garden with lounging and dining with optional shade, the sunset over the lake in the distance made for a very pleasant stay. For our 18 months old son it was very suitable.
It took some practice to move the car out of the parking space. The shower could use a soap dish.
