FRANCY PANORAMA SUITE - LAKE VIEW BALCONY - TOP FLOOR - NO ELEVATOR
Spacious, renovated, furnished, and fully equipped apartment, very popular with families and groups. Spacious, bright three-room apartment (100 m²) with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (which can be joined). The living room features a double sleeper sofa and a single sleeper sofa. One bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet, wall cabinets, hair dryer, and a mini personal hygiene kit. Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner stove and range hood, large refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka pot, and American coffee maker, plus a wide selection of plates, cutlery, pots, pans, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, and various cooking accessories.
Living room with a 42" flat-screen TV and satellite channels.
A utility room with a washing machine, sink, clotheslines, a foldable drying rack for the balcony, an iron and ironing board, and a shoe rack. Features 3 balconies, one of which is large and sunny, facing east, with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. The balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a large roll-up shade.
Welcome gift: unlimited Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment and on the balconies
Accommodates up to 6 people. If needed, a child under 5 years old can sleep in the double bed with the adults. Any additional small children can sleep in cribs and use high chairs. Upon request, 2 high chairs and 2 cribs (folding travel models) are available, complete with a mattress, pillow, sheets, and blanket for children under 3 years of age. Additional fees may apply and are subject to agreement. Reservations are recommended.
Two free, unguarded parking spaces are available in the courtyard (covered by a pergola). A surcharge may apply for use of the second parking space.
Not suitable for guests with wheelchairs (as the building does not have an elevator). Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies, and great care must be taken when disposing of cigarette butts (it is strictly forbidden to throw them into the courtyard).
Pets: accepted upon request and for an additional fee (maximum 2), but only if they are small to medium-sized and accustomed to living indoors.

Close to the historic center of Bardolino, the beach, and the lakeside promenade. Conveniently located near all amenities and an ideal base for visiting the beautiful city of Verona, the region, and the famous amusement and theme parks nearby: Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, Cavour, Parco Natura Viva, the Monte Baldo Cable Car, Sigurtà Waterfall Park, Vittoriale, etc...
Air conditioning is available upon request, to be used responsibly.
An additional fee may be charged for excessive electricity consumption resulting from intensive use. Two portable fans are available.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating, to be used responsibly.
Discounts are available for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Long-term stays are welcome.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Sheets and towels: you can bring your own or rent everything from us at affordable prices.
The apartment will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Custom arrival/departure times are available upon request and subject to availability.
Security deposit required: €150.00, payable in cash upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure provided no damage is found.
The security deposit may be higher depending on the length of stay, number of guests, and pets.
Mandatory final cleaning is included in the price of the stay.
In any case, kitchen utensils must be left clean.
Household waste must be removed and placed in the appropriate outdoor municipal bins (recycling). No daily housekeeping or cleaning service is provided.
Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per night. Children under 15 and people with disabilities are exempt.
