Very functional space well kitted out. Very quite complex.

Property is on second floor with no lift so would be hard for many to manage baggage.

The location, amenities, staff support, were excellent. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable.

The pressure and regulation of the upstairs shower was not good. This needs to be fixed. We all used the downstairs shower and it was fine.

Lots of room, good location and covered parking

Bait and switch with the unit….photos showed a specific unit and no indication that you would be assigned one at random or have a different space. Kitchen utensils and plates were dirty, dishwasher was super loud and place was outdated. No check out instructions and no response from the host at the end of the stay.

Door code didn't work at first. I texted and the host reset responded immediately with a new code.

Sofa bed was very lumpy. Springs dug into my back so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. We paid for a balcony place and asked for a quiet apt. Our place was right on the corner next to the street so we didn't use the balcony as there was street noise. The complex is very large and there is no easy parking for guests nearby some units. We had someone visiting for a few minutes with a broken foot who had to walk quite a ways over dirt and around and up back stairs to our unit. There were no instructions for the TV/netflix so we ended up using our computer and wifi to watch a movie.
