About this apartment rental
Walk across the street to Eagle Lodge and the Express chair. This condo is great for families. A view of Sherwin mountain from the living room and both bedrooms. Located on the top floor of the Huntington Building of The Summit Condominiums.
Large enough for two families of 4 to comfortably share. Well stocked recently remodeled-upgraded kitchen. Two bedrooms + upstairs loft; Two full bathrooms plus third vanity area, 1,292 SF. The primary bedroom on the main floor has a Cal- king sized bed, the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two sets of bunk beds (twin over full). High speed internet (in the condo). A 65" inch LED Smart TV in Living Room. A 45" Smart TV for streaming in the Primary bedroom and a 40" Smart TV for streaming in the Loft with HDMI cables to connect your gaming devices for the kids to have their own place for fun and games. Key-less entry system so there is no need to keep track of keys while on the mountain. Underground parking in an assigned space for one car and first come first serve for a second car if needed. Park the car and hit the slopes! There is no need to shovel your car out of the snow! The Summit Condominium complex amenities include: Two nearby Jacuzzi's, sauna, pool, fitness room, tennis courts, outdoor barbecues and underground parking garage (max 6'9" height).

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and cozy condo. Having the hot tubs was a great bonus for the kids. Easily walkable to Eagle lodge. Little bit of bad luck with the melted snow, but trolley is right there that takes you over to the village for a bus to main or gondola to canyon so not a major problem. Underground parking is a plus. Next time just hope the two feet of fresh snow happens when we arrive and not the day after we leave. Would definitely recommend this condo.

DO NOT HESITATE! This condo was absolutely fabulous and had everything we needed for a great stay in Mammoth. It's an easy walk to Eagle and super well-appointed with lots of storage, hooks, cubbies and ski racks - everything you need to stay organized after a day on the mountain. It also had an amazing large plushy couch, comfy beds, soft sheets and linens. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to cook - and a bunch of pantry staples (spices, oil, tea, sugar, etc.). You really couldn't possibly want for more!

Condo is nice, easy walk to Eagle lift. Kitchen is very small but well stocked. It has a master downstairs and a loft and bedroom upstairs. To access the upstairs bedroom you have to walk thru the loft. This is ok if kids are in the loft and parents in the bedroom but it wasn’t a great set up for our group. But that’s on us for not more closely checking it out. We made it work. Only major downside is the parking. You get one spot per condo but when it sleeps 8 people, that’s unrealistic. There are 2 or 3 guest spots in each of the buildings but they are next to impossible to get. To top it off, someone parked blocking our spot so we couldn’t get in. The owners were very responsive and contacted the property manager right away to have the car moved. Unfortunately, it did not get moved and we were forced to drive around at night in the cold blowing snow trying to find somewhere to park our car. Needless to say that put a huge damper on our stay. The car was not moved until the following morning when it was actually towed away. Again, this isn’t on the hosts as they were terrific and responsive, but be aware that parking is a challenge if you have more than one car ( and in our case it was just a challenge period)
