La villa est située à la sortie d' un petit village dans un endroit très calme. À egale distance de Varna et Balchik,c'est parfait pour les visites. La piscine est agréable mais non chauffée (les frileux s'abstenir) une petite superette "nash'to selo" à 5mn est parfaite pour les achats necessaires.
Petit bemol est que les photos de l'annonce montrent un bel arbre protégeant la terasse. Il n'est plus là. Même si un parasol est à disposition, ça ne compense pas la perte d'ombrage promis par les photos. Autre problème est l'absence de stores occultants pour la lumière. On est vite réveillé par le soleil matinal.

The villa is at a great spot. Quiet, sunny trap, swimming pool is pretty deep and big enough to enjoy a swim.
Massive garden, perfect for dogs.
The place in need of a little TLC but still it has everything for a pleasant stay. We very much enjoyed it and would love to come back next year.
The pool needs some umbrellas.
Mattress protectors are a must in every holiday establishment. The mattresses were in a really bad condition. Something that could be easily changed.

The location is perfect for these covid times. It is isolated and the pool is great for a small group like we had. I would recommend it for anyone that wants to be safe and still enjoy yourself. The beach in Kranevo is great, prices are low and from the house you have a 10-15 minute drive.
Some additional work needs to be done on the room that is on the first floor and it would be good to have some lights towards the pool. Also, some basic toiletries would be a nice touch.
