Solo a Sanremo

The apartment was exceptionally well located, housed in a beautifully preserved old building with a distinct charm and character. As part of a larger complex of historic buildings, it offered a sense of privacy, tranquility, and security, creating a particularly peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The elevator was a particularly welcome bonus, adding a great deal of convenience and making the apartment even more comfortable and accessible. Note: The washing machine is not shown in the photos, but it is indeed available in the apartment. The owner was incredibly kind, warm, and responsive, and it was a real pleasure interacting with both him and his wife. They were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been improved, although this was a relatively minor issue and did not detract significantly from the overall quality and charm of the property. The drying rack could be replaced, as it had some rust that unfortunately left stains on the clothes.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e al centro. Molto silenziosa e tranquilla nonostante si trovi su un corso principale decisamente trafficato. Appartamento molto curato e dotato di ogni confort con bagno spazioso e doccia davvero grande. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ci hanno accolte in orari non previsti permettendoci di sfruttare al massimo il tempo per andare in spiaggia. Posizione ottima

Il sig.Rinaldo è un padrone di casa molto disponibile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. L' ambiente è piccolo ma curato nei dettagli. La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro.
