Appartement spacieux et rénové. Propreté irréprochable, tout équipé. En bas de l’appartement, une boulangerie et un super market. Très bien situé. En pleins cœur de la ville.
Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer mais c’est connu à SANREMO.

Facile accesso anche con un passeggino, pulizia ottima,comprese le stoviglie ( cosa non scontata ). A due passi da tutti i servizi ed il centro. Ottima scelta

posizione ottima,praticamente in centro,supermercato sotto casa
in casa ci sono pochi appoggi,armadi chiusi a chiavi inutilizzabili,non ci sono appendini per gli asciugamani doccia,solo 3 fili per stendere i panni fuori da 1finestra piccola,1stendino faceva comodo,finestre nuove ma rumore da non poter dormire,no aria condizionata solo ventilatori,letto matrimoniale scomodo,materasso troppo molle.la spazzatura da portare un bel pezzo lontano da casa in 1specie d ricicleria in miniatura.
