Peacefull and uneventful.

The appartment location is great. The place is roomy and accomodated a family of four easily. The flat was clean and well equiped for cooking, laundry and cleaning. The area around the appartment was quiet (residence area). The beach and the sea were not too far (about 3 blocks away), great for an evening walk. The owner was very responsive when we had issue with some of the equipment (TV, bathroom heater).

The appartment was on the top floor without elevator. This may or may not be an issue. We had some suitcases that were extremely heavy so it was a bit of an issue for us.

Spacious room with easy parking, but be mindful on bedding and cleaning charge.

We came here for one night stay. Good to have free parking. Host is nice and friendly to communicate. Key collection message is clear. Room is spacious and clean. It has all facilities you need although we didn't use them.

This is an Air BnB style hotel so you are expected to bring own bedding. We didn't realize it until the day. It was indeed on booking website but at the very bottom and not obvious to the customer. Also we were asked for the fee of cleaning which we didn't see on the website. In the end we managed to get our own bedding and cleaned the whole apartment before leaving. We used to have very bad experience with this style so was trying to avoid it. So maybe it should be more obvious to people booking it.

It was difficult to organise the key collection as the person whose number we had to contact didn’t speak English and we speak very little French. Once we established what we had to do the collection was quite simple. It would have been simpler for the owner if we were told where to put the key when we left in advance as we had already left when we were texted with instructions.

A fantastic apartment in a great location.

Great apartment in a very attractive location close to the beach, the old city and shops. All could be reached by foot in less than 8 minutes. Apartment is cosy, very clean and includes 2 parking spaces. There is no dishwasher and lift - 3rd floor. Julian is the perfect host - attentive and helpful and a very nice guy with great knowledge on the area. Highly recommendable.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area with essential shops, restaurants and buses around the corner

Great location, very quiet and peaceful, spacious, modern and very well equipped, the kitchen in the apartment had absolutely everything you could want plus extras like a clothes horse, washing machine, iron and all cleaning equipment too, the two parking spaces, Netflix and WiFi were an added bonus and a shower that was so amazing you didn't want to get out of it, the owner and his housekeeper were immediately on hand when needed and for any queries we had and seemed very nice and friendly. The sofa bed was very comfortable as was the double bed in the bedroom. There is a small supermarket, various shops, bakeries, restaurants etc just a few minutes walk away, in the other direction we found a bar right on the sea front again just a few minutes Walk away, we walked into Saint Malo and got the bus back, €4 for three of us and only took 10 minutes and dropped us off around the corner so this apartment was ideally located for us and we would definitely stay again.

Although the apartment looked clean it was quite dusty in places such as all the window sills, the mirror in the shower room, shelving etc and thick dust on pictures frames above the bed, most of the glasses, cutlery and cups were dirty. This is such a shame as that little bit of extra work and attention to detail would give this apartment top marks, I think a little bit more detail from the owner regarding things like turning on the lights as you enter and leave the apartment block and which apartment you will be staying in as there are no numbers on the doors, we had to phone the owner who was instantly on hand and very helpful and friendly.

Great location to visit St Malo

We loved the location. Very peaceful and the apartment very spacious. Parking was a plus. Proximity to the beach and shops was great. Washing machine was great.

There was a problem with the electrics. If we used the kettle the power in the flat went out. The cub boards with pretty dirty but we cleaned the worst of it. Greater attention to cleanliness especially with Covid worries.

Très bel appartement, très spacieux et bien décoré. Emplacement parfait car au calme et dans le même temps proche de la plage. Place de parking très pratique. Vieille ville à environ 30 min à pied.
