Beach House Seaside Resort

Size of the room, beachside, near cafés and restaurants

There wasn't much not to like other than the weather - one windy, rainy day

Free undercover parking. Large and roomy apartment. Lots of facilities included. Great central location with good views of the beach.

There was only one tiny carton of milk. Several small milk containers would have been better to at least allow four tenants to have tea or coffee overnight and on the first morning. There were no brochures showing what facilities were available (gym, pool, sauna) or their location and opening hours. The door key (card) didn't work for the last hour before check-out.

Beautiful unit, extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed with views of the ocean. Smack in the heart of everything, restaurants, clubs, hotels etc and the perfect location. Pool, bar, coffee shop etc on site on the 1st floor with lovely views. Supermarket 5 minutes up the road.

The view and how close your were to the shops and beach was great. Main room was really big. Very clean. Nice big kitchen and lounge room. Plenty of options for food

Parking was a nightmare, not enough spots for guests. So if you come in late or come back late you have to park a few blocks away. Not fun with babies and toddlers and all the stuff you need to bring. The lifts were annoying. Especially last day lifts weren't working at all. Seen a very elderly man coming down flights of stairs with his walker so scary. Front desk Staff weren't particularly welcoming or friendly. ( Cleaning staff were super friendly and charming). Can't check in until 4pm but then have to check out at 10am. ( The number linked to your booking isn't connected so you can't call to see if rooms are ready early. It's pretty loud there, the first night some kids playing music at the skatepark which echoed into the apartment loudly even with windows and doors shut. We thought we were near some sort of night club. Lucky that was only first night.
