Easy. Good quiet apartment with good views and comfortable accomodation. No WiFi seems a little last decade though.

Very handy location. RBR realty manage unit and were very efficient and friendly.
Down sides was furniture we very tired and damaged. Need to up grade to internet tv. NO WIFI. Had to pay and sort own linen.
Building is run by Mantra but this room isn’t so can’t leave room keys at reception for kids to come back. This was very inconvenient.
There are much better deals out there. Would not stay here again unless desperate.
