About this house rental
Waihi Beach is a beautiful white sand beach of 10kms long. Safe to swim
anywhere along the beach. Lovely cafes and restaurants to take your pick
from.
Our brand new house has all the mod cons with tiled showers, spa bath,
2 fridges, indoor outdoor flow for those lovely evenings on the deck having
a BBQ.
The master bedroom has it own ensuite with huge walk in wardrobe, perfect
for those getting married and needing somewhere to hang the dresses / suits
Situated down quite ROW this property makes you feel like you are in the country
when you are only 200m from the beautiful beach.
Sky TV in the lounge (take your own sky card) with free to air TV in the main bedroom.
Garage is set up with TV for Xbox for those wet days when the kids are
stuck inside. There is also a double bed set up in the garage for the kids to hang out.
Bikes and boogy boards are there for use with care.
There is large flat lawn for tents to be put up if you want to put the kids outside
with utility outside. Utility contains toilet, shower and hand basin.
Also outside shower to rinse off after that swim.
Special conditions:
No smoking inside
No pets allowed
Please use the bikes and boogy boards with care
No eating drinking in lounge or bedrooms
No parties
Please note there is a small stream running along one boundary that is not fenced off

Booked for a group get-together for New Years and James and Rochelle's home was the perfect house for us. Very well appointed and superbly comfortable. A great spot to explore the area, with the beach only a short walk away. Just as easy to enjoy the house too with a great kitchen, comfortable living-room. Spent hours playing croquet and making the most of the sun with the lovely deck, spa and BBQ.Would love to stay again - they're fantastic hosts!

Great place to stay for big family. Beach is short walk away, school playground right next door where Waihi Saturday markets are held and spa pool for the wet cold days. Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family Easter weekend at this great Waihi Beach holiday home. We were 7 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite that the couple with the little one enjoyed (we will probably fight over who has this room next time we stay) and we particularly loved the spa pool. Spacious living areas with a butlers pantry and separate drinks fridge to store all of our food. The location is 2 blocks back from the beach - a short walk down every day - and we also walked to the markets just next to town on the Sunday. It is also next door to the local primary school so very handy to a playground for the kids. Great communication with Rochelle also. Highly recommend.

A lot of thought has gone into this design. we throughly enjoyed our stay. Kids were kept entertained.
