Bardzo przyjemny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji.
Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, świetny widok z okien, wyposażona kuchnia, dużo miejsc do spania i siedzenia.
Brak wifi jednak doskwiera. Brak mikrofalówki nie jest wielkim problemem, ale byłaby świetnym udogodnieniem. Schody są sprawne, ale przydałoby się je trochę wzmocnić.

Lage topp aber in die Jahre gekommen
Die Lage des Appartements ist absolut sensationell. 180 Grad frontaler Meerblick von dem der Sonnenuntergang ein besonderes Highlight ist.
Das Appartement ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und aus unserer Sicht renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Treppe in den Schlafbereich hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und ist gefährlich. Auf den Couchen im Wohnzimmer zahlreiche Flecken. Das Bad ist recht modern, scheint jedoch bei unserer Ankunft länger nicht benutzt worden zu sein. Es roch nach ausgetrockneten Abflussleitungen. Alles in allem ein Appartement mit ganz viel Potential. Da könnte man was draus zaubern.

Możliwość przedłużenia wymeldowania. Dwa poziomy
Okropny zapach fekalii wydobywający się odpływów w łazience. Prawdopodobnie w skutek starej instalacji odprowadzające ścieki i zbyt rzadko użytkowanej wody, a mieszkanie jest na ostatnim piętrze w skutek czego robi za odpowietrznik. Po za tym było dokładnie posprzątane. W głosie Pani, która nas obsługiwała nie dało się zauważyć entuzjazmu. Być może miała gorszy dzień lub po prostu nie lubi swojej pracy.

Gute Unterkunft mit gewissen Mängeln
Die Lage ist gut.Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super.
Die Treppe ist in einem schlechten Zustand, müsste mal repariert werden. Problem ist wohl schon seid Jahren bekannt,aber bis heute wurde nichts geändert. Eine Heizung gibt es nur im Obergeschoss, die aber kalt war.Auf Nachfrage, sagte man uns,wir hätten ja den Kamin anmachen können. Muss ich jetzt auch noch Holz kaufen? Parkplätze gibts es nicht. 2 km ausserhalb ,ist parken erst kostenlos möglich. App.liegt im 4 OG,was für manche zum Problem werden könnte.
