About this cottage rental
The cottage is situated in a quiet area, but only a kilometre away from the centre of Mérindol, a charming village with all local amenities in the heart of Provence. The village is ideally located in Luberon’s regional natural park and is close to several other villages and recognised natural sites. It is also less than an hour away from the Mediterranean Coast.
Set within large enclosed grounds (6600 m²), the cottage lies at the foot of the hill ‘le petit Luberon,’ which overlooks the Durance river and Pont Royal golf course. The gardens boast many Mediterranean plants – olive and cypress trees as well as vines, oleanders and lavender.
The 100 m² cottages can accommodate 5-7 guests and includes :
– a bright and airy conservatory with Jacuzzi (hot tub whirlpool)
– a large living space including kitchen, dining and living areas with a comfortable double sofa bed
– one bedroom with double bed (queen size) and a shower (AC)
– second bedroom with three single beds (AC)
– shower room
– gated access to the property and carport
To make your stay enjoyable, the cottage is equipped with the following new, quality appliances :
– private SPA for 5 people with water heated to 37°C (hot tub)
– flat screen television with DVD/DivX player
(HD sat TV : CNBC, Sky News, BBC WN, CNN, Bloomberg…)
– CD/MP3 player and radio
– dishwasher, coffee machine & Nespresso, electric hob, oven and microwave oven
– washing machine
– internet access (wi fi)
– 4 sun loungers
– Weber gaz barbecue
– terrace table and 8 chairs
– baby items are available on request: high chair, travel cot, safety gate, children’s cutlery, plates etc,
– bed linen, tea towels, hand towels and bath towels are also provided (not the pool/beach towels)
