This easily accessible 120 m² villa with 20 m² shaded terrace, on 2500 m² of land, heated swimming pool, secure and covered by an electric shutter all year round (heat pump) of 8 x 4.5 with Gazebo and deckchairs on the terrace welcomes you to the sound of cicadas to satisfy you.
A summer kitchen will allow you to extend your sunny days, after discovering the many and different surrounding sites or hiking on the "GR" from the villa in the Lubéron Regional Park, with evenings in music "Bluetooth speaker by the pool, feet in the water, accompanied by a chilled rosé around a barbecue/gas plancha available.
As soon as you arrive, you will appreciate the calm, the relaxation and will feel the tranquility of this villa nestled on the hill, conducive to your rest.
For your children, you have a play area (trampoline, climbing frame), as well as two mountain bikes for adults / table tennis table, petanque, Nordic “mölkky” bowling game.
