Dont advertise a price on a rental home / apartment if the extra costs exceed 15% of the total stay.

Great location in Provance.

Travelling abroad in a country where one is likely not to have cell phone roaming, has posed a real challenge for us. We have tried communicating to the landlord well in advance after booking, to ensure there is no difficulty when arriving early or late. In the case of Cerise en Provance, the landlord cannot speak a word of English. She has sent communication very late which mean we arrived at the house with somehow coordinates finding the door open with a message. The linen for the beds were provided, but no duvet covers or sheets; yet we pay a ridiculous rent for it for the week. As for cleaning service, the washer and dryer is provided, but no washing soap (not for kitchen or washers). How should one live in self-catering apartment for which one is charged Euro 60 for linen and Euro 60 for cleaning service? Booking.com and the landlord must communicate the extra costs well in advance (and before the booking is reserved and immediate payment is made). I would not have booked Cerise en Provance if I knew I would need to pay cash for the stay as well as Euro 120 for extras. All parties need to share such details way in advance (as they do know this beforehand)

The host is very friendly and respects your privacy very well. the house is part of a bigger complex all being rent for leisure, but your own privacy is guaranteed. ideal for 3 medium sized families wanting to spend holidays together, but with individual lodges and privacy! Great place to discover so many nice and varied highlights!

Gute Ferienwohnung in einer Gite auf dem Land, tolle Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage außerhalb von Venasque, umgeben von Weinbergen, Oliven- und Kirschbäumen. Eigene Terrasse, Auto kann quasi vor der Tür parken. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Venasque ist ein pittoreskes Dorf, sehr schön! Der Bäcker dort bäckt tollstes Baguette!

Ausstattung etwas einfach, aber ok. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Très bon séjour. Notre hôte était présente à notre arrivée, comme à notre départ.

Hôte à l'écoute. Durant notre séjour nous a apporté du raisin de sa production. Nous étions dans la location "Cerise", Très bonne literie. Nous étions au calme, malgré la route touristique toute proche. Nous avons pu visiter pas mal de sites. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, même si elle a été très peu utilisée. Au niveau restauration, il faut un peu prévoir. La boulangerie à Vénasque (1,5 km). Pour l'alimentation à St Didier. Dans l'ensemble tout s'est bien passé.

Le mitigeur cuisine est défectueux (filet d'eau froide), à changer.

Interessante Urlaubswoche in Venasque

Zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Von unserer Veranda aus wunderbarer Fernblick, vor allem Abends. Küche gut ausgestattet. (langsam-)Laden Elektro-Auto zu sehr günstigem KW-Preis möglich. Interessante Ausflugsziele im Umfeld. Besonders interessant: Baptisterium und Altort Venasque. Lebensmittel in erreichbarer Umgebung.

Klimaanlage ok, aber bei großer Hitze nicht ganz ausreichend für Wohn- und Schlafraum. Haben uns mit vorhandenem Ventilator beholfen. Fliegennetz vor Bad-Fenster wünschenswert.
