The Cozy, quiet and pleasant bungalow with a terrace of charm and rustic (# 1683062), is located near Sant Ferran de ses Roques, 350 meters walk from the town, near the legendary 'Fonda Pepe'. It is an ideally located bungalow, well connected, with easy access, in the middle of the island, in Sant Ferran de Ses Roques (San Fernando) where there are restaurants (such as Fonda Pepe, Can Forn, Pizzeria Macondo), bars, supermarkets, banks, shops, pharmacy, bakery, bookstore, tobacconist ...).
Thanks to its privileged situation, in just 5-10 minutes by car, you can access the wonderful beaches of Illetas, Levante, Cala Sahona and Mitjorn, with its white, fine sands and crystal clear waters.

Malgrado il periodo legato al COVID sono rimasto sempre in contatto con il proprietario che si è sempre mostrato disponibile ad ogni soluzione fino all’ormai insperata riapertura dei voli. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a partire.

Ottima posizione a due passi da centro di san ferran e a 2 km da es pujol centralissimo per girare l'isola...
Appartamento molto carino pulito e con tutto ciò che serve... bellissima veranda dove poter mangiare o rilassarsi dall'aria aperta.
Immerso nella natura perfetto per riposare bene senza il caos dei locali senza però esserci lontani... i proprietari sono davvero carini e riservati... consiglio questa struttura a tutti!!!

Wir hatten eines von den App. gebucht und es war auch so wie beschrieben und wie wir die Bilder von den Vermietern bekommen haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Garten wunderschön und sehr gepflegt.
In der 2. Etage waren vier Betten vorhanden. Diese waren sehr bequem und es gab keine Rückenschmerzen. 😘.
Man hatte von der Terasse einen tollen weiten Landblick umgeben von Kräutern, Blumen und Früchten. Sehr ruhig gelegen,aber man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Fonda.
Die Anlage ist mit sehr viel Liebe ❤️ angelegt.
Aber das Beste sind die Vermieter:Vicente und Manuela und Sohn. Sehr nett und lieb. Sämtliche Tipps gab es von der Familie.
Wir danken Euch für Eure tolle Gastfreundschaft und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub bei Euch. Vielen Dank für die Nettigkeiten
