La posizione centrale è fantastica e la vista dal balcone bellissima. Marco ed il suo staff molto gentili.
la zona giorno ed il bagno sono molto vecchi e trascurati, i divani tenuti male (andrebbero ricoperti con qualche telo così che possano essere cambiati tra un ospite e l'altro). Sul balcone c'erano vecchi ombrelloni rotti e stendibiancheria arrugginito ed inutilizzabile. Il terzo piano senza ascensore è molto faticoso soprattutto quando bisogna portare su i bagagli.
