Hotel Waterbuck

Comfortable - well located - a nice stop.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. There were no small creatures in the room. The shower also had good hot water. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning was done nicely every day. We were treated really kindly and helped with everything. We were treated very kindly and helped with everything. I would really like to visit again - I warmly recommend the hotel to others too

It was nice to have breakfast and the service was good. However, the food was the same every day, so we didn't bother going for breakfast at all during the rest of our holiday. In the evening, we had to wait a really long time for our food in the restaurant after ordering.

I liked that the hotel went over and above to deliver my desired amenities in the room. I actually got a complimentary upgrade because I wanted a room with a balcony, I got upgraded to a suite. I loved the service I received from Kevin, Monicah and Angeline.

The hotel is noisy, they decided to host karaoke and between rooms, I found that not mindful of residents. When it came to waiters, from most we felt like we are begging for services. At one point someone picked our room service request call and left the phone on and we could hear staff talking in the background but no one picking our order. A waiter called Felix called us at 11 pm asking us to pay for room service while part of our dinner was still missing and we were still waiting for it. While the front office staff did an awesome job getting us to book, check in and check out seamlessly, most of the waiting staff undid every good they had done.
