We really enjoyed our stay with Peter and Shelley. The accommodation was lovely, seperate to the main house set within the garden. Very secluded and with outdoor seating and table alongside a koi pool with its gentle waterfall as a backdrop. The village is secluded above a large reservoir with good road access back towards Falmouth. Personally I’d recommend driving that way out towards Falmouth as some of the surrounding lanes are very narrow for those unfamiliar with countryside living. We would both fully recommend staying here if you get the chance. We took the advice of previous guests and had a lovely holiday. Thank you both Dave and Kay.

This is one of the loveliest properties I have ever stayed in. I was actually quite tearful about leaving it.Beautifully comfortable, perfectly appointed and had everything we could possibly need there.Especially enjoyed being able to have a glass of wine of an evening in the covered over gazebo area with the babbling fish pond behind me.

This is a great place to stay. The house is tastefully furnished, comfortable, quiet, and has all the modern appliances we needed. Sitting in the conservatory for our meals was like sitting in a restaurant with a view over the well-kept garden. It's set in a small village with a pleasant walk around the local lake. Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, we also had easy access to services and leisure activities.

Loafers Glory was an absolute delight! From the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Shelley who made sure we had everything we needed for our holiday. This was the first as a family with our 11 week old baby Tomos and it was perfect. The facilities were excellent, with everything from a washer dryer to a Nespresso coffee maker. And lovely touches like fresh flowers and a stocked cabinet wih baby essentials. Shelley had thought of everything. The garden was delightful with the outdoor eating area, fish pond, BBQ and chimnea. The visitors guide compiled by Shelley and Pete was packed with little gems of information for tourists which meant we didn't miss out on good places to eat out and visit during our stay. We hope to return again next year. I would not hesitate to recommend Loafers Glory to anyone, the perfect relaxing retreat!
